Funding Basics: 

We are nationwide Funding Consultants, specializing in assisting qualified borrowers with obtaining unsecured cash term loans. When being financed through a traditional lender, an appraisal is needed for the property in
order to be funded. On top of the 30 day waiting process of traditional banks, this adds about

Funding Process:

Below is the described lending procedures over the course of the loan application, approval,
and funding process.


1. Pre-approval Process:

First, we get to know as a potential client and your situation as well as ask you a few questions that will determine if you are pre-qualified to receive our unsecured funding. Once I have pre-approved you, I will have my pre-qualification specialist go over the same things with you on a 3-way call as a precaution of thoroughness in making sure you are indeed qualified to move forward in receiving our funding.


2. Application/Approval Process

You will then provide me with all of the described documents that I will request via email. Once we receive your documents, they will be uploaded to our CRM and processed (usually within the same or the following day of receiving them all), I will call you to schedule your compliance call which will be scheduled for the following business day. This will be a 10 minute call where my compliance team will vet you (the client) and make sure everything is legitimate before moving forward. They are very busy processing over 200 files on a daily basis, so please make sure that you are available for this brief call. I will connect you to them for the remainder of the funding process as your contact.


3. Funding and Payment Process

You wait! You will know whether you are approved for your loan or not within approximately 3 days, as well as the loan amount that you are approved for, and the terms of your loan from the lender (interest rate, term of the loan). This is the first (and sometimes only) round of funding. If you did not receive the full desired loan amount, you must accept your first offer within the first round of funding. This takes place within 7 business days! This leads to the second round of funding which you will receive soon after. If you are offered a lesser amount during your first round of funding, a larger amount is usually offered during the second round. There can be a third round of funding if you don’t receive the full desired amount after the second round. The banks will add an extra 15% to your overall loan. Make sure to add this extra amount to the amount of funding that you are asking for on the Client Agreement Form. This will be added to your loan so that you can pay us the success fee for FIRST successfully helping you obtain the funds with OPM! (other people’s money) We can also add 6 months worth of payments to the loan so that you can use the loan (OPM) to pay monthly payments during the waiting time of renovation and of selling a property, if you are using this funding for real estate, so that all the way up until the sale you have used 100% OPM! You can then pay the whole loan off out of the proceeds from the sale of your property. You will have gained your profit without spending any of your own money!!
